This outpatient-only position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to an underserved and diverse community. Compensation and Benefits:

Salary: $155,000–$180,000 annually

Requirements:

• Current and unrestricted Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license in California (or eligibility to obtain).
• Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
• Previous experience in primary care or community health preferred.
• A commitment to serving underserved populations in a community health setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Bilingual English and Spanish a plus
