Job Title: Family Medicine Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
Location: Freemont California

Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Medicine Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team at a Federally Qualified Health Center near San Jose CA. This outpatient-only position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to an underserved and diverse community. With no call responsibilities, you’ll enjoy an excellent work-life balance while making a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of our patients.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary: $155,000–$180,000 annually

Requirements:

  • Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
  • Previous experience in primary care or community health preferred.
  • A commitment to serving underserved populations in a community health setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish a plus
