A growing primary care organization with multiple locations across Massachusetts is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join its well-established practice located in a beautiful community in Northeast Massachusetts. Position Details:
- Join a supportive team of 1 physician and 1 nurse practitioner
- Outpatient-only practice with no nights, weekends, or call
- Flexible scheduling: 4 or 4.5-day work week available
- Typical schedule includes 34 patient contact hours + 6 admin hours
- Average patient census: 20 per day
- 1:1 Medical Assistant support
- Innovative AI documentation tools (Ambient & Navina) to enhance efficiency and patient focus
Compensation & Benefits:

Requirements:
- Family Nurse Practitioner Certification
- 1+ Years of experience as a Family Medicine NP
- Ability and experience seeing all ages
