Great opportunity to work as a 1099 independent contractor for a well established group in Oregon. This Nurse Practitioner would be responsible for doing In-Home Annual Wellness Visits and Risk Assessments throughout selected counties.
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP)
- Counties to choose from in Northern Oregon (General Portland and surrounding areas) include:
- Clackamas, Multnomah, and Washington counties
- Travel will consist of in home visits within a maximum of 55 miles
- Flexible work schedule during week to fit your needs
- Weekdays - Mon-Fri - 8a-5p - never on call
- Includes travelling time and visit duration - number of visits depends on the schedule you provide
- Paid per visit along with mileage - visits can take up to an hour
- Will see geriatric ages mainly
- Must have atleast 2+ yrs exp in primary care as NP, must have reliable vehicle, previous in-home risk assessment exp preferred
