Partnership Health an outpatient Family Practice in Brick and Toms River is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner for a per diem position.
Our office is open only to the employees of the Brick and Toms River school systems/Board of education.
We offer onsite Family Medicine, X-ray, Physical Therapy, Chiropractic, and Behavorial Health.
Job Responsibilities
Order and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, X-rays, etc.)
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, preventive care, and follow-up instructions
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to deliver efficient care
Qualifications
National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or FNP-BC)
BLS/ACLS certification required
Minimum 1–2 years of NP experience in family practice strongly preferred
Confident clinical judgment
Strong communication and patient education skills
