Facility:
This facility is a busy, high-traffic clinic conveniently located in the SW corner of West Acres Shopping Center. It provides healthcare services to a variety of patients in both Walk-In Care and Family Medicine settings, with a collegial, team-oriented environment committed to customer service and high-quality care.
Opportunity: NP-Family Medicine
This is a 0.9 FTE part-time position in Family Medicine with an established patient base and room for growth. The position offers a supportive environment with strong mentors and a collaborative healthcare team.
Job Details:
- Monday-Friday between 8am-5pm (32 patient contact hours per week)
- Family Medicine trained; prior experience preferred but will consider new grads
- 15-16 patients per day; procedures are variable
- Call is approximately every 8 weeks, via telephone and shared among entire FM area Family Medicine group
- EPIC electronic medical record system
- Utilizes advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision-making skills
- Works independently and in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Provides care to individuals and families, emphasizing health promotion and disease prevention
- May care for patients ranging from newborn to elderly based on expertise
- Requires high level of customer service skills to establish positive relationships
- Required education: Master's or Doctorate degree in Nurse Practitioner program from an accredited institution
- Required licensure/certifications: Current RN licensure, NP licensure, CPR certification, and national certification in applicable area
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Additional compensation may be available in the form of bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.
