Qualifications as a Nurse Practitioner:

• Board Certified
• 2+ years of outpatient clinical experience preferred, though not required
• Skilled in performing comprehensive and episodic health assessments for a range of acute and chronic conditions
• Active, unrestricted license (or eligibility) in the state of Arizona
• Active DEA registration (or eligibility)
• Enrollment in Medicare/Medicaid (or eligibility)
• Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records
