📍 Sub-Investigator - Nurse Practitioner
Location: Richmond, VA
Salary: $120,000 – $135,000 (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time | Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

Overview:
Join a growing clinical research site in Richmond, VA as a Sub-Investigator. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for a Nurse Practitioner with a strong clinical foundation and a passion for advancing medical research. We are looking for someone adaptable, self-driven, and excited to be part of a collaborative start-up team.

🧑‍⚕️ Preferred Profile:

• Bilingual in English & Spanish strongly preferred (Spanish-speaking patient population)

• Licensed NP with ~3+ years of clinical experience

• Prior Sub-Investigator experience in clinical trials is a plus, but not required

• Strong clinical skills including physical exams and patient intakes

• Comfortable supporting patient recruitment, CRC tasks, and general site operations

🛠️ Responsibilities Include:

• Conducting study-related clinical assessments

• Supporting patient visits and documentation

• Collaborating with Clinical Research Coordinators

• Participating in patient recruitment

• Contributing to site operations and quality initiatives
