We're looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner who wants to practice medicine the way it should be practiced, building relationships with patients, working alongside a supportive team, and making a real difference in a rural community.
This is an on-site opportunity for someone who enjoys caring for an underserved population and understands the value of being present in the clinic. We're not looking to fill shifts. We're looking for someone who wants to become part of the community and help continue providing quality primary care to the patients who rely on us.
Practice
- Outpatient only
- Flexible 4-day work week (5-day option available)
- Clinic hours: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Average of 18–20 patients per day (8-hour schedule)
- Average of 20–22 patients per day (10-hour schedule)
- eClinicalWorks EMR [Register to View] and scribe support to reduce documentation time
- Collaborative team of physicians and advanced practice providers
- Shared critical lab call rotation
