Job Opening: Nurse Practitioner – Primary Care / Family Medicine
Location: Columbus, IN
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Columbus, Indiana. This role is based in a Health and Wellness Clinic serving employees of a manufacturing plant and their dependents.
Position Details:
- Certifications Required: BLS, DEA
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in an outpatient family medicine setting
- Start Date: Within 2–3 weeks of offer (quick feedback and hiring process)
- Schedule:
- Monday, Thursday, Friday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday rotation every 8 weeks: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Setting: On-site Health and Wellness Clinic
- Responsibilities:
- Primary care and chronic disease management
- Acute episodic visits (e.g., coughs, colds)
- Physicals and well-woman exams
- Minor procedures
- Patient Volume: Approximately 15 patients per day
