Job description A thriving family medicine practice in central Washington is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to deliver comprehensive primary care in a welcoming community setting. Job Responsibilities

Provide primary care services including diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions

Conduct physical exams, prescribe medications, and perform minor procedures as appropriate

Order and interpret diagnostic studies, including labs and imaging

Educate patients and families on wellness, chronic disease management, and lifestyle modifications

Collaborate with physicians and clinical team members to deliver coordinated care

Maintain complete and timely medical records using electronic documentation systems

Refer patients to specialists or higher levels of care when necessary

Participate in clinic-wide initiatives, planning, and policy development

Provide on-call support as needed

Ensure all care is delivered in accordance with state regulations, organizational policies, and best practices

Qualifications

Active RN and ARNP licenses in the state of Washington with prescriptive authority

Current Basic Life Support (CPR) certification

Eligible to work in Grant County (minimum 4 years of clinical experience required)

Working Hours

Full-Time

10-hour day shifts

Monday through Friday schedule

Minimal call obligations

Skills

Excellent clinical judgment and diagnostic ability

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Competency in chronic disease management and preventive care

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Familiarity with EMR systems and technology in clinical practice

Comfortable working in a rural outpatient care setting

Passion for delivering patient-centered care and community wellness
