We are in need of a Nurse Practitioner to provide employee health and primary care services at our facility Central Indiana. Please see details below:

Details:
- Setting: providing occupational health and primary care services to patients in corporate office
- Schedule: 4x10s; Mon/Thurs/Fri (7am-6pm); Tues (8am-7pm); Saturday rotation every 8 weeks
- Start: ASAP
Required:
- Active IN state license
- Certifications: BLS, DEA, BC
- 1-2 years of NP experience minimum
Compensation:
- Receive weekly paycheck
