Office-Based Telehealth – Los Angeles, California, Primary Care NP/PA Job

Clinical Role:

• Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible nurse practitioner or physician assistant

• Provide telehealth patient care from the organization’s administrative office in Highland Park, Los Angeles

• Daily onsite attendance is required; this is not a work-from-home position

• Must have at least one year of post-training NP/PA experience

• Urgent care or acute care experience preferred, but not required

• Full-time position

• FQHC setting serving an underserved population

• Hiring due to growth and community need

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

• No weekends, no call, and no hospital work

• See patients of all ages

• Expected patient volume: 30–35 patients per day

• Spanish-speaking proficiency required due to the patient population

• Patient population primarily includes Medi-Cal, Medicare, and three county insurance programs

• Practice also accepts some HMO/PPO and self-pay patients
