Well respected Healthcare facility in Sacramento is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for a Mobile clinic position where you will go out to the community to provider services.
- Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- Full-time, M-F. 40hrs a week (8hrs days)
- State of the art Mobile medicine program
- Will be going out into the community to set up clinics as well as at school sites
- Will be doing sports & wellness physicals, sick visits, and new patient appointments, but will not establish care on mobile
- Typically see approx. 24 ppd
- See all ages
- At least 2+ years Primary Care outpatient experience
- Salary range 130-170k depending on experience, full benefits and eligible for Loan Repayment through HRSA
