Location: Southwest Louisiana
Duration: October 4 – December 29 (Covering LOA, unsure on time of return)
Schedule: Fri – Sun (Friday 8am to 7pm, Saturday 8am to 6pm & Sunday 10am to 6pm)
Call: N/A
Scope: Urgent Care – must be able to treat all ages and perform office-based procedures
Patient volume: 36-40 per day on avg
EMR: GE Centricilty
Hospital:
Group/support: MD as collaborating, LPN, MA, Xray tech, patient access rep
Requirements (boards, license): Nationally Certified, LA license preferred, willing to consider compact eNLC candidates (not first choice), need LA DEA/CSR. NPs only due to supervisory laws, no PAs.
