Location: Near Salem, OR
Duration: Ongoing need for 6 – 12 months
Schedule: Open to 5 x 8s or 4 x 10s
Call: Not required
Patient volume: 15-17 ppd
Scope: Primary Care - All ages, adult only, peds only (Flexible)
EMR: NextGen
Group/support: Nurses, medical assistants, and other licensed medical providers on site
Requirements (boards, license): OR License, OR DEA
Location: Near Salem, OR
