About This Opportunity:

CareATC is currently looking for a Nurse Practitioner that will work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary treatment team to provide exceptional patient care. The CareATC approach to is to work with our patient population to assist in chronic disease management through individual interventions, clinic support and ongoing education.

We are looking for an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to work 32 hours per week. The clinic is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday and the FNP travels to Harrisburg the first Tuesday of every month. The clinic is supported by an MA as well. The FNP is fully benefit eligible including PTO, CME, medical, dental, and more!
