Provider Profession Needed: FNP/PA-C
Specialty: Family Medicine
Start Date: ASAP, targeting January 15th
End Date: April 12th with the potential to extend
Length of Assignment: 3-months
Credentialing Timeframe: 2-3 weeks (may vary with the holidays)
Work Schedule: Monday through Thursday 8-6:30 PM
Patient Volume: 12-16 patients/day for Scotia Clinic
Procedures: Bread and butter FP – cough, cold, flu, hypertension, diabetes management, chronic care, and MUST be comfortable treating all ages
EMR: IMS (Intelligent Medical Systems)
Licensure Needed: CA license (clean and active)
Certifications Needed: BLS and DEA, also must be currently enrolled in Medi-Cal and Medicaid (PA’s MUST be Nationally Certified)
Relevant Experience/Skill Set Needed: Family Medicine, comfortable treating all ages, and working in a rural environment
