A great group is seeking a Full-time Permanent Family Nurse Practitioner to join a group in Northern California near Yreka, CA – 1.5 hours away from Medford, Oregon.
40 hour work week - 4 or 5 work week schedule available. Call rotates every 5 weeks (phone-only). Will be seeing about 17-20 ppd – all ages. Base Salary Starting at $120k+ depending on experience. Full benefits including health, dental, vision, life, PTO, 403b with 3% match, and CME allowance. Great Sign-on Bonus, up to $5k relocation assistance, and possibly loan repayment.
