*Location: Taos County, New Mexico; north central location; near Colorado border
*Start Date: August 21, 2023
*End Date: January 5, 2024 (options to extend)
*Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p, + Call, TOC is available 1-2 days per week. It is possible they will accept multiple providers that could work
2 weeks on / 2 weeks off or similar type of schedule; Please provide your availability
*Setting: Outpatient Clinic
*Requirements:
- Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
- Active, unrestricted NM license
- Clean DEA/Malpractice/NPDB
- ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications
*Credentialing Timeframe: up to 60 days
*Patients per shift: 24 average
*EMR: Next Gen
*Travel & Lodging covered
*Malpractice Insurance Covered
*Rate: No rate set; please offer your going rate.
