Outpatient Palliative Care NP will treat patients across multiple settings, including long-term care facilities and patient homes within the Moore, Lee, and Hoke Counties service area.

Practice

• 11-bed Hospice House located on a serene 30-acre campus
• Collaborate with seasoned providers and professionals
• The dependable schedule offers work-life balance-Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm
• At least 2 years of experience in Hospice and Palliative Care, end-of-life care, or geriatrics required
• Local travel required between facilities
