Nurse Practitioner - Pediatric Endocrinology (Concierge Practice) | Vienna, Virginia

A well-established, physician-led concierge pediatric endocrinology practice in Northern Virginia is seeking a nurse practitioner to join its growing team. The practice is highly successful with a full patient load, and the lead physician is looking for a true partner to help support her panel.

The role
You'll work side by side with the lead physician, sharing care of a busy panel of pediatric and young adult patients. The concierge model means more time with patients and families, and closer continuity of care than a traditional specialty clinic allows. Visits are a mix of in-person and virtual. Full-time is preferred, but the schedule is flexible, and part-time is an option for the right candidate.

What you'll do

• Evaluate and manage patients with pediatric endocrine conditions, including growth disorders, puberty concerns, thyroid disease, and weight and metabolic concerns
• Initiate, monitor, and adjust growth hormone therapy
• Provide ongoing follow-up and family education between visits
• Collaborate closely with the physician on care plans and patient communication

What we're looking for

• Active NP licensure in Virginia (or eligibility) and national certification (FNP, PNP, or equivalent)
• Hands-on experience in endocrinology and pediatric growth hormone treatment (required)
• Strong communication skills and a warm, family-centered approach
• Comfort with a high-touch, service-oriented practice model
