Position Overview
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide care in an outpatient clinic setting focused on men’s health, hormone therapy, and wellness services.
Responsibilities
• Evaluate patients, including medical history and physical exams
• Diagnose and manage conditions such as low testosterone and erectile dysfunction
• Prescribe and manage testosterone replacement therapy under physician collaboration
• Order and interpret lab results
• Administer injections and perform in-office procedures as needed
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans
• Educate patients on treatment options and care plans
• Maintain documentation in EMR systems

• Active controlled substance registration
• Minimum 2 years of Nurse Practitioner experience
• Experience in primary care, urology, or endocrinology preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Working Hours
• Schedule: 24–40 hours per week
• Setting: In-person outpatient clinic
• Compensation: Hourly pay (based on experience)
