Join a leading, rapidly expanding multispecialty medical group serving diverse communities across New York City. We are seeking a patient-focused Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to support a high-volume endocrinology practice managing complex metabolic and hormonal disorders.
This primarily outpatient role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with endocrinologists while managing diabetes, thyroid disorders, osteoporosis, adrenal and pituitary conditions, and metabolic syndromes. Ideal for providers passionate about chronic disease management, patient education, and innovative diabetes technology.

Job Responsibilities
• Manage Type 1, Type 2, and gestational diabetes
• Diagnose and treat thyroid, adrenal, pituitary, and metabolic disorders
• Initiate and adjust insulin, hormone replacement, and other therapies
• Interpret labs, imaging, and endocrine-specific diagnostic testing
• Provide detailed patient education on glucose monitoring, CGMs, insulin pumps, and lifestyle modifications
• Collaborate closely with endocrinologists and multidisciplinary teams
• Monitor abnormal lab results and manage follow-up care
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation
• Participate in quality improvement and population health initiatives
Qualifications
• Active New York State License
• Board Certified (NCCPA, AANP, or ANCC)
• DEA with prescriptive authority
• 1–2 years of endocrinology or internal medicine experience preferred
• Experience with CGMs and insulin pumps highly desirable
