JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Board: BC as FNP through ANCC or AANP, or PA through NCCPA
- Licenses: Active Mississippi license, DEA with CSPA
- DEA / CDS: Active DEA required
- Certifications: ACLS, PALS, NIHSS
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years Emergency Medicine experience as FNP or PA
- Other Qualifications: Case logs and CME documentation for past 2 years
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide comprehensive emergency medical care to patients in the ED.
- Evaluate and manage patients with acute illnesses and injuries.
- Perform emergency procedures as needed (e.g., suturing, splinting).
- Collaborate with attending physicians and healthcare team.
- Document patient encounters in EPIC EMR.
