Prime Physicians is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for an Emergency Department opportunity in Eagle Butte, SD. Provide comprehensive emergency care for patients of all ages, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, stabilization, and collaboration with the ED team. This position offers flexible week-on/week-off scheduling, $115/hour on 1099, accepts any active U.S. state license, and includes potential housing.

- Schedule: 7 AM–7 PM | Week-on/Week-off or 2 Weeks On/2 Weeks Off (Flexible)
- Patient Volume: ~1 patient/hour (10,000 annual visits)

- Credentialing: 6–8 weeks
Requirements
- Active NP or PA license (Any U.S. state)
- Minimum 3 years of Emergency Medicine experience
- ACLS, BLS, PALS, and ATLS
- Strong emergency procedures and trauma management skills
