REQUIRED PROCEDURES
- Moderate Sedation
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Board: Board Certified
- Licenses: Active New York License
- DEA / CDS: Active DEA with NY address and schedules 2, 2N, 3, 3N, 4 & 5
- Certifications: ACLS, PALS (AHA), ATLS
- Experience: New graduates accepted with training
- Other Qualifications: Case logs for past 2 years; CME/CEU documentation for past 2 years; current immunizations (Flu, PPD or Chest X-ray, Physical, N95 Fit Test, titers for MMR, Hep B, Varicella)
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide comprehensive emergency care to patients in the ER setting
- Perform moderate sedation as required for procedures
- Collaborate with attending physicians and support staff to manage acute conditions
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Epic EMR
- Participate in patient assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning
