Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare (GVMH) is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our Emergency Department team in Clinton, Missouri.
This position offers a predictable 10:00 AM–10:00 PM schedule, approximately 10 shifts per month, and the opportunity to practice broad-spectrum Emergency Medicine in a collaborative, provider-focused environment.
You will work alongside experienced Emergency Medicine physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and support staff dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care to the communities we serve.

Job Responsibilities
Perform medical screenings, assessments, and treatment planning
Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic testing
Perform procedures within the Nurse Practitioner scope of practice
Collaborate with Emergency Medicine physicians and healthcare team members
Document patient encounters accurately and timely within the EMR
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and departmental programs
Provide patient and family education regarding treatment plans and follow-up care
Qualifications
Current Nurse Practitioner licensure or eligibility in Missouri
National board certification as a Nurse Practitioner
Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, Family Medicine, or Acute Care experience preferred
Eligible for hospital credentialing and privileging
New graduates with relevant clinical training may be considered
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications preferred
Working Hours
12-hour shifts
Typical schedule: 10:00 AM–10:00 PM
Weekend and holiday rotation shared among providers
Additional shifts may be available
