We’re seeking a board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide locum tenens emergency medicine coverage in central Missouri. This opportunity offers a balanced patient volume, strong physician support, and a welcoming community setting ideal for clinicians who enjoy a mix of autonomy and collaboration.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage acute and emergent medical conditions across all ages
- Collaborate closely with on-site physicians and nursing staff
- Perform emergency procedures within APP scope of practice
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
Qualifications
- Board certification required
- Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
- Comfortable working 12-hour shifts in a hospital-based ED
