**Facility:**
This medical center provides comprehensive healthcare services to the Detroit Lakes community and surrounding areas. The facility features a Level III Trauma designated Emergency Department, women's/birthing center, ICU, OR, 24-hour CRNA services, imaging services including CT, MRI and digital mammography, and comprehensive laboratory services.

**Opportunity:**
Full-time Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

**Job Details:**
• Provide emergency medicine care in a team-oriented, fast-paced ED environment • Work eight and 12-hour shifts (64 hours/pay period) in rotation with other providers • Provide care for patients of all ages; must be trained in Family Medicine • Utilize advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision-making skills • Work both independently and collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals • Focus on health promotion and disease prevention while providing acute care • Required certifications: ACLS, PALS, and ATLS (within six months of start) • Must possess strong customer service skills to build positive relationships • Education requirements: Master's or Doctorate in Nurse Practitioner or Bachelor's/Master's degree in Physician Assistant from an accredited program • Previous Emergency Medicine or Urgent Care experience preferred • Must maintain appropriate state licensure as an NP or PA and national certification • Qualifying NHSC Loan Repayment Site - eligible for loan repayment assistance

**Compensation:**
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
