Collaborative Care Model:
Join a stable and collegial EM team of 6 physicians and 2 APPs in a critical access hospital serving Northwest Washington. You'll work closely with experienced clinicians in a setting that blends high-quality medicine with strong community relationships.

Qualifications:

• Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) degree from an accredited program

• Active Washington state license (or ability to obtain)

• Previous Emergency Medicine experience strongly preferred

• Authorized to work in the United States

Practice with Purpose

Key Role Details:

• 11-bed ED with 13,500 annual visits

• Daily coverage: 24 hours physician + 10 hours APP

• APP shift: 11am–9pm (full-time = 120 hrs/month)

• EPIC EMR

• W2 employment with full benefits

• Hourly rate: $115/hr
