Collaborative Care Model:
Join a stable and collegial EM team of 6 physicians and 2 APPs in a critical access hospital serving Northwest Washington. You'll work closely with experienced clinicians in a setting that blends high-quality medicine with strong community relationships.
Qualifications:

Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) degree from an accredited program

Active Washington state license (or ability to obtain)

Previous Emergency Medicine experience strongly preferred

Authorized to work in the United States
Practice with Purpose
Key Role Details:

11-bed ED with 13,500 annual visits
-
Daily coverage: 24 hours physician + 10 hours APP
-
APP shift: 11am–9pm (full-time = 120 hrs/month)

EPIC EMR

W2 employment with full benefits

Hourly rate: $115/hr
