Assignment Length: December 2026 through March 2027
Patient Volume: Average inpatient census of 20
EMR: Epic
Requirements: Recent Emergency Medicine experience within the last 12 months; BLS, ACLS, and PALS/APLS; NC DEA
Core Skills: Emergency Medicine evaluation and treatment, admissions, inpatient management, and code response
Setting: Hospital-based Emergency Medicine coverage
Support: Established team of 6 physicians and 3 APPs
Schedule: Day shifts (7a-7p) and night shifts (11p-7a) available
Specialty Support: General Surgery, Orthopedics, Cardiology, and Telestroke services available
ICU Involvement: No ICU or critical care responsibilities
Call: No call
Credentialing: NC DEA required
