Location: Portage MI- Portage, Michigan, is a city located in the southwestern part of the state, near the city of Kalamazoo. It is part of Kalamazoo County and is situated just to the south of Kalamazoo itself. Portage is part of the larger Kalamazoo-Battle Creek metropolitan area. It is approximately 130 miles southwest of Detroit.

- ED (NP or PA) needed for weekends in February- April
- Dates Needed: **Orientation required day prior
- Feb 15-16, Feb 22-23, Mar 1-2, Mar 8-9, Mar 15-16, Mar 22-23, Mar 29-30, Apr 5-6, Apr 12-13, Apr 19-20, Apr 26-27
- All shifts 12pm- 10pm
- Specialty Needed: ED NP/PA
- Will you accept multiple providers: No,
- Schedule Days for Clinic/Hospital: 7 days a week
- Number of patients seen per day in the clinic: average of 36
- What support staff is available: ED Physicians/ ED RN
- Inpatient/Outpatient: Both
