NP: Adolescent Medicine: At St. Luke’s, our dedicated team of Advanced Practice Providers strive to build a positive, supportive, and inclusive culture that delivers exceptional patient experiences. The Adolescent Medicine team provides coverage in Boise, outpatient and inpatient. Our community and our Children’s Hospital are looking for an Adolescent Medicine APP to lead and help improve the services that we provide in all areas of adolescent and young adult medicine ages 12-25, including primary care and prevention, mental health, reproductive health, eating disorders, functional management of chronic illness. Patient care will be primarily outpatient, with alternating call and support provided to our pediatric hospitalist team via inpatient consultation for patients admitted with eating disorders and/or challenges in other areas of Adolescent Medicine expertise. Education: Graduate education from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program or qualifying education as designated by the Idaho Board of Nursing.Licenses/Certifications: License and certification, as required by the specialty, or be eligible to obtain licensure from Idaho Board of Nursing to practice as a Nurse Practitioner. Must obtain and maintain unrestricted prescriptive authority, DEA, and controlled substance licenses.
