Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 (based on experience) + full benefits

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to join a well-established and high-volume nephrology practice. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a collaborative team of providers delivering comprehensive care to patients with renal disease.
The position includes a mix of outpatient clinic, dialysis center coverage, and hospital rounding, making it ideal for a provider who enjoys variety and a dynamic clinical environment.
Job Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage ongoing care for patients with kidney disease
Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Assist with dialysis patient management and care coordination
Participate in rounding and on-call coverage as needed
Maintain accurate and timely documentation within EMR systems
Qualifications
Board certification as FNP, AGNP, or AGACNP
Minimum of 1 year of dialysis experience (required)
Background in nephrology or renal care strongly preferred
Ability to work across multiple care settings
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
