Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) – Louisville, KY
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Outpatient, Dialysis, and Inpatient Rounding
1 weekend every 4 weeks (with a weekday off following) | 1–2 holidays per year (bonus pay + extra holiday)

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced APRN to join a collaborative healthcare team in Louisville. This full-time position offers a mix of outpatient office, dialysis, and inpatient rounding, providing opportunities to deliver comprehensive care to a diverse patient population.
Key Responsibilities

Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment across outpatient, dialysis, and inpatient settings

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to create and implement patient care plans

Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care

Apply evidence-based practices to optimize patient outcomes

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to clinical guideline development

Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR
Qualifications

Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program

Current APRN license in Kentucky

Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) certification

Minimum of 1 year of APRN experience; ICU/critical care RN experience strongly preferred

Strong clinical assessment, decision-making, and communication skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
