Brief Description
An established medical aesthetics practice in the Fort Mill / Greater Charlotte area is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Injector Nurse Practitioner to join its team.
This role is built around injectables, aesthetic consultations, facial assessment, treatment planning, and long-term patient relationships. The practice is open to a permanent hire and can also consider an experienced injector on a locums-to-perm basis.
For someone who wants to evaluate the environment before committing long term, the locums option offers a chance to step in, work with the team and patient base, and determine whether the permanent opportunity is the right fit.
What You’ll Do
- Perform neurotoxin injections
- Perform dermal filler treatments
- Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations
- Assess facial anatomy and patient goals
- Review medical history, prior treatments, medications, and contraindications
- Develop individualized aesthetic treatment plans
- Educate patients on treatment options, risks, benefits, expectations, and aftercare
- Provide post-treatment follow-up
- Recognize and appropriately escalate treatment concerns or complications
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with the clinical and administrative team
- Build strong, long-term patient relationships

Who Would Be a Good Fit
- Nurse Practitioner with active or eligible South Carolina licensure
- Hands-on aesthetic injector experience required
- Strong experience with neurotoxins and dermal fillers
- Comfortable independently conducting aesthetic consultations
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy
- Confident developing personalized treatment plans
- Able to set realistic expectations and communicate clearly with patients
- Experience with aesthetic follow-up and complication recognition
- Strong bedside manner
- Detail-oriented and safety-focused
- Comfortable working onsite in Fort Mill
- Prior experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, or cosmetic medicine strongly preferred
Locums-to-Perm Option
The practice is also open to an experienced aesthetic injector who can begin on a locums basis.
