Description
NorTek Medical Staffing is recruiting an experienced Dermatology Nurse Practitioner for an established dermatology organization in Norwalk, Connecticut.
This is a full-time opportunity for an NP who wants significant clinical autonomy, strong organizational support, and the opportunity to help grow an established dermatology presence within the local community.
The position offers a $200,000 annual base salary along with bonus potential, profit-sharing opportunities, a sign-on incentive, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Candidates must have previous hands-on dermatology experience.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a broad range of dermatologic conditions
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
- Provide medication management and patient education
- Deliver medical dermatology care in an outpatient setting
- Perform dermatologic procedures within the provider's training and scope
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Develop long-term relationships with patients
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, clinical staff, and operational leadership
- Contribute to practice growth and efficient clinical workflows
Qualifications
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in Connecticut or ability to obtain Connecticut licensure
- Board certification as an FNP or AGNP
- Previous dermatology Nurse Practitioner experience required
- Strong dermatologic assessment and diagnostic skills
- Ability to practice with a high level of clinical independence
- Strong communication and patient-care skills
- Professional, collaborative, and growth-oriented approach
Hours
- Full-time

- Weekday outpatient schedule
