Client, part of McLean Dermatology & Skincare Center, is an independent, physician-owned dermatology practice expanding its presence in Client.
The practice provides comprehensive adult and pediatric dermatology, skin cancer surgery, and cosmetic dermatology services. The team is committed to delivering exceptional patient care in a collaborative, supportive environment where providers have the autonomy and resources needed to succeed.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner to join a growing practice with an established infrastructure, strong clinical support, and modern dermatology technology.

Job Responsibilities
Provide high-quality care to patients across general and cosmetic dermatology.
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a broad range of dermatologic conditions.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings.
Educate patients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, skincare, and preventive care.
Perform appropriate dermatologic procedures within scope of practice and training.
Build and maintain strong, long-term patient relationships.
Collaborate with physicians and other clinical team members to ensure coordinated patient care.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Utilize dermatology-specific technology and electronic medical record systems, including ModMed EMA.
Contribute to a positive, collaborative practice culture.
Develop and grow an independent patient base while maintaining the practice's high standards of care.
Qualifications
Nurse Practitioner with appropriate clinical training and credentials.
Minimum 2 years of experience practicing in general and cosmetic dermatology.
Active and unrestricted Florida licensure, or eligibility to obtain Florida licensure.
Strong clinical judgment and patient-care skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively within a physician-led practice.
Motivated to develop and grow a patient base.
