Job Title: Nurse Practitioner
Location: North Richland Hills & Dallas, TX
Job Type: Full-Time

Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our growing medical aesthetics team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in aesthetic medicine, though motivated providers with transferable clinical backgrounds may be considered. This role focuses on cosmetic injectables, wellness services, and regenerative treatments in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Two openings are currently available, one at each location.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Services

  • Perform cosmetic injectable treatments including Botox, Dysport, Juvederm, Restylane, and other dermal fillers.

  • Administer medical weight loss protocols and hormone replacement therapy, including pellet insertion.

  • Provide regenerative treatments such as PRP and stem cell therapies.

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and create individualized treatment plans

  • Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic tests

Patient Care & Education

  • Conduct in-depth aesthetic consultations aligned with patient goals

  • Provide preventive health guidance, including vitamin and supplement recommendations

  • Educate patients on wellness, lifestyle optimization, and post-treatment care

  • Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality

Administrative & Team Collaboration

  • Accurately document patient encounters in the EMR

  • Communicate with supervising physicians regarding patient care

  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless patient experience

  • Demonstrate proficiency in emergency response protocols

Required Qualifications

  • Active, unrestricted NP license

  • 2-3 years experience in medical aesthetics preferred.

  • Certification in cosmetic injectables

  • Active DEA and DPS licenses

  • Master's degree in a relevant healthcare field

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with hormone therapy and pellet insertion

  • Background in medical weight loss programs

  • Familiarity with regenerative medicine treatments

Schedule

  • Full-time

  • Monday through Friday

  • No weekends

  • No on-call or after-hours requirements
