AdventHealth Redmond is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Advanced Practice Provider (PA or APRN) to join our dynamic Critical Care Unit team. Position Overview
As an APP in our Critical Care Unit, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care during night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) on a 7-on/7-off schedule, offering exceptional work-life balance. You will collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure continuous coverage and optimal patient outcomes. This role involves managing a broad range of critical care cases and performing advanced procedures within your credentialed scope.

Responsibilities
• Provide expert-level patient care in the Critical Care Unit with remote supervision by an Intensivist.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and hospital leadership to ensure seamless patient management and continuity of care.
• Perform advanced procedures such as chest tube placement, thoracentesis, needle thoracostomy, intubation, lumbar punctures, central and arterial line placement, and other procedures as credentialed.
• Demonstrate strong clinical judgment and proficiency in managing complex critical care cases.

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation includes a competitive base salary commensurate with experience and training. Providers are also eligible for an annual performance-based bonus tied to quality, compliance, teamwork, and productivity metrics.

Qualifications

• Current PA or APRN license in the state of Georgia.
• Minimum of 1+ years of experience as a PA or APRN in a hospital setting.
• Prior ICU experience as an Advanced Practice Provider strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to perform advanced medical procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient‑centered approach.
