Facility in Bloomington, IL seeking Critical Care APP locums coverage

Rates: $130/hr

Opportunity Highlights

• Start Date: April 6, 2026.

• Schedule Flexibility: * Full-time or Part-time opportunities (approx. 20 shifts/month).

  • 12-hour shifts (Day and Night availability needed).

  • Minimum of 4 consecutive shifts per block preferred.

  • Weekend-only availability is accepted.

• Clinical Volume: Manage 5–10 patients per shift.

• Support: Robust team environment with on-site Physicians, APPs, and 24/7 e-ICU collaboration.

• EMR: EPIC.

Clinical Responsibilities

• Rounding: Participate in multidisciplinary ICU rounds at 10 AM and 10 PM.

• Procedures Required: * Central Venous Catheter (CVC) placement.

  • Arterial line placement.

  • Hemodialysis (HD) line placement.

  • Intubations (based on skill and comfort level).

• Collaboration: Deliver high-quality care in collaboration with on-site physicians and the e-ICU team.

Provider Requirements

• Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible (NP or PA).

• Licensure: Active Illinois State License and Illinois Controlled Substance Registration (CSR) are required.

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of Critical Care experience.

• Certifications: Active ACLS and BLS are required.

• DEA: Required at the time of application.

• Transportation: Rental car provided (4WD SUV during winter months) or mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate.
