Work Details:
• Support staff:
• Amount of coverage needed per month: 2-3 shifts per week
• Patients per day: 7-15
• Patient population/age: 0-18 yrs, picu and pediatrics
• Department description: Ped and PICU
• EMR: Cerner
• Skills required: perform intubations, central lines, art lines, and LPs. We are an adult level one trauma center for the state and therefore get a lot of pediatric traumas, some of which include neurosurgery patients.
No ecmo, crrt, or transplant.
Practice Setting:
• Inpatient
• Hospital
Requirements:
• Board Certification: Peds NP
• License required: AZ required
• DEA: Yes
• CSR: PALS, BLS
• Certifications required: Acute Care
• Minimum experience required: 1 year of PICU
