Job Details:

- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $3840-$4550
- Expected Patient Volume: 10-12 patients per day
- Travel: 50% between two correctional healthcare facilities

Job Responsibilities
Conduct health histories, physical assessments, and diagnose acute and chronic health conditions
Prescribe, regulate, and monitor medications; order and interpret diagnostic studies; perform therapeutic procedures
Document clinical findings in electronic health records
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop care plans
Educate patients to promote wellness, prevent illness, and manage chronic conditions
Participate in quality improvement, patient education, and staff training initiatives
Assist in specialty clinics (seizures, hypertension, asthma, hepatitis C, diabetes management)
Maintain compliance with service standards and agency policies
Manage a daily patient volume of 10-12 individuals, ensuring timely and effective care delivery
Qualifications
Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in Wisconsin or Nurse Licensure Compact state
Certified or eligible for certification as a Nurse Practitioner by a national certifying body approved by the Wisconsin Board of Nursing
Eligible for prescriptive authority in Wisconsin
Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
Valid personal DEA Registration Number
