Cardiology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – must speak Spanish

If you’re a cardiology NP who loves connecting with patients in their own language, this could be your next career move. A welcoming community hospital system in Northern New Jersey is adding an experienced cardiology Advanced Practice Provider to its team. You’ll see patients in both the clinic and the hospital, and Spanish-speaking patients will be a big part of your day.

You’ll work Monday through Friday with a supportive cardiology group, in a place where providers tend to stay for the long haul.

What Your Days Look Like

• Working with the attending cardiologists and taking shared call alongside the on-call physician 1–2 days per week
• Providing cardiac consultations across outpatient and inpatient settings
• Seeing patients at two practice sites within Northern New Jersey
• Using your Spanish fluency to build trust and explain care plans clearly to patients and families
• Coordinating closely with physicians, nursing staff, and the wider care team

What You’ll Bring

• Fluent or conversational Spanish, which is required for this role
• An active New Jersey license, or eligibility to obtain one
• Strong clinical judgment and comfort managing a varied cardiac patient load
• At least 2 years of cardiology experience as an NP
• AGNP-BC or FNP-BC certification (highly experienced cardiology PAs are welcome to apply)
• Warm bedside manner, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to juggle a busy schedule
