Locum EP Cardiology NP/PA, Duluth, MN
Clinic only. No call. 1 to 2 weeks per month for 6 months.
An electrophysiology (EP) cardiology team in Duluth needs an NP or PA to cover clinic while they recruit a long-term advanced practice clinician. The core APC team handles hospital rounds, so you'll spend every day in clinic.
Schedule
- 1 to 2 weeks per month for a 6-month assignment
- A typical day runs 7:00am to 5:30pm
- No call for EP APC staff
What you'll be doing
- Seeing about 15 clinic patients per day
- Appointments are 30 minutes each
- No hospital rounds, since the core APC team covers those
The team
- 1 full-time EP physician, with a second full-time EP physician being recruited now
Qualifications
- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- An electrophysiology background is preferred, and a cardiology background at minimum is strongly preferred
