Seeking an experienced Cardiology APP for an ongoing outpatient locum opportunity in Oregon. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established cardiology practice with a consistent schedule and no call responsibilities.
Position Details
- Specialty: Cardiology
- Provider Type: Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- Practice Setting: Outpatient
- Schedule: Wednesday through Friday
- Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Start Date: December 2026
- Assignment Length: 6-month contract with potential extension
- No Call Required
- Patients Per Day: Approximately 12
Responsibilities
- Outpatient cardiology clinic coverage
- Supervise echo and nuclear exercise stress testing
- Perform and oversee cardiac device checks
- Interpret EKGs
- Sign off on cardiac device evaluations
- Collaborate with clinical staff to provide high-quality patient care
Requirements
- Active Oregon license
- Board Certified NP or PA in relevant specialty
- Current DEA
- BLS Certification
- ACLS Certification
Support & Practice Environment

- Medical Assistant support
- Office support staff available
- Epic EMR
- Hospital outpatient privileges required
- No admissions responsibilities
- No APP supervision required
