Locum Cardiology APP Opportunity | Ohio | Starting October 2026

Aequor Healthcare is seeking two experienced Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants for a locum tenens Cardiology opportunity in Ohio. This is a well-supported assignment with a collaborative team and a manageable patient volume, a great fit for an APP looking for a structured weekday schedule.

Position Details

• Specialty: Cardiology
• Setting: Primarily outpatient clinic with some inpatient consults
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Patient Volume: Up to 12 patients per day
• Start Date: October 2026
• Duration: 8–12 weeks

Clinical Responsibilities

• Provide general cardiology care in an outpatient setting
• Evaluate and manage patients independently while collaborating with physicians as needed
• Perform inpatient consults as required (no clinic responsibilities on days with inpatient consults)
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care

Team Structure

• 3 APPs | 3 Interventional Cardiologists | 1 Electrophysiologist
• Supportive leadership and strong team collaboration

Requirements

• Active Ohio NP or PA license — required at time of presentation
• Prior cardiology experience preferred
