Job Responsibilities
• Manage chronic cardiac conditions including hypertension, heart failure, and arrhythmias
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as EKGs, echocardiograms, and stress tests
• Develop and adjust treatment plans in collaboration with cardiologists
• Educate patients on lifestyle changes, medication adherence, and disease management
Qualifications
• Active New York State NP License with DEA (or eligibility)
• Minimum 1 year of outpatient cardiology experience required
• Strong clinical knowledge of cardiovascular disease management
