• We are seeking a skilled Cardiothoracic Surgery Nurse Practitioner to join a dynamic hospital-based surgical team.
• The role involves managing post-operative and critically ill cardiothoracic patients in a fast-paced environment.
• This position offers rotating shifts across days, nights, and weekends.

Job Responsibilities
• Assist with Swan-Ganz catheter placement and balloon pump removal
• Manage patient care throughout pre-operative and post-operative phases
• Collaborate with surgeons and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Qualifications
• Minimum relevant experience in cardiothoracic surgery or critical care preferred
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccination required
Board Certification, BLS & ACLS certifications
Working Hours
• 13-hour shifts: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM or 7:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Rotating schedule including days, nights, and weekends

• Ability to work in high-acuity surgical environments
• Excellent clinical judgment and teamwork abilities
• Effective communication and patient management skills
