Job Summary
Job Summary: Your primary responsibility will be to provide advanced primary and/or specialty care to our patients. Responsibilities will include but not limited to, performing physical exams, recording patient medical history, creating care plans and administering diagnostic test.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
- Examines, diagnoses and treats patients
- Diagnoses and treats variety of diseases in general practice
- Collects, records and maintains accurate patient information
- Documents items such as: past medical, family, and social history, review of systems, examinations, medications, allergies, assessment and plan
Job Requirements:
- Master's Degree in a Nurse Practitioner Program: Family or Adult Geriatrics
- Current New York State License as a Nurse Practitioner.
- National Board Certification require
- American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP)
- American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC)
- Oncology Nursing Certification Corporation (ONCC)
- Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) is a plus
